Register and Reconnect – FRIDAY 5TH DECEMBER 2025
Join us for drinks and nibbles as we kick off our 75th anniversary celebrations. Re-connect with clubbies, in a relaxed social setting to reminisce and share your stories.
Time: 6.30pm – 10:00pm
Where: Havelock North Community Centre
For: All Clubbies past and present members (suitable for ages 14+)
Cost: $25.00 – includes a complimentary free drink, canapés and commemorative badge

- Mix and mingle with your old clubbies and relive the epic beach days that shaped the Waimārama SLSC legacy
- Be inspired by our special guest speaker, Duane Kale – a true inspiration and a perfect way to honour the incredible journey we’ve all been part of.

Family Beach Day – SATURDAY 6TH DECEMBER 2025
Bring your togs, whānau, and your best beach vibes for a fun-filled day with your Waimārama Surf Club family! Reconnect with old club mates and enjoy a relaxed day at the beach with activities for all ages.
Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Where: Waimārama Surf Life Saving Club, 9 Moori Road, Waimārama Beach
For: All clubbies and supporters welcome
Cost: Free
What’s Included:
- Tours of the new Clubhouse and Tower
- Rescue four ways: IRB, Board, Swim and Reel demonstration
- Decade Group Photos – join the crew from your lifeguard era
- Activities for the kids
- Coffee and food trucks onsite for a beachside lunch or bring your own picnic

75th Celebration Dinner – SATURDAY EVENING 6TH DECEMBER 2025
Join us for a formal evening to honour 75 years of the Waimārama Surf Life Saving Club. Dress to impress, bring your dancing shoes, and get ready for a night to remember!
Time: 5:30pm – Midnight
Where: ToiToi Events Centre, Hastings
Dress: Formal
For: All Clubbies past, present and supporters (suitable for ages 14+)
Cost: $85 – includes buffet dinner and complimentary drink

- Special guest speakers: Aimee Fisher and Nigel Avery
- Delicious buffet dinner with all the trimmings
