Welcome to the 2023 Central Region IRB Race Development Day.

This event serves as a development and pathway opportunity for our lifeguards who have trained during the winter season to test important lifesaving and teamwork skills for the season ahead.

The 2024 Central Region IRB Race Day marks the beginning of a new era for the Central Region, proudly adding IRB Racing into our regional event calendar, and by pairing it with Tangimoana cup Long Haul we have 2 days of back to back IRB action in Central Region on offer.
